When creating an account, you are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information.

6. Product Information
MENA3D makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current product information.
Product pages may contain information including descriptions, specifications, features, applications, images, illustrations, videos, dimensions, technical data, compatibility information, model details, and manufacturer information.
However, manufacturers may modify products, specifications, software, accessories, designs, availability, or technical characteristics without prior notice.
Accordingly, information displayed on the website should be treated as general product information unless confirmed in an official MENA3D quotation, proposal, technical offer, order confirmation, or other written communication.
For applications requiring specific technical capabilities, tolerances, accuracy, compatibility, environmental performance, certifications, or other critical requirements, customers should obtain written confirmation from MENA3D before placing an order.
7. Product Images and Illustrations
Product photographs, illustrations, renders, videos, diagrams, and other visual materials are provided to help customers understand the products and solutions offered by MENA3D.
Actual products may differ in appearance depending on the model, configuration, accessories, manufacturer revisions, software version, regional configuration, or optional equipment selected.
Images displayed on the website should therefore not be considered a contractual representation of the exact final configuration unless expressly confirmed in writing by MENA3D.
8. Product Availability
The availability of products displayed on the MENA3D website may change.
A product appearing on the website does not guarantee that the product is currently in stock or immediately available for delivery.
Availability may depend on factors including manufacturer stock, production schedules, configuration requirements, import procedures, logistics, project requirements, and manufacturer lead times.
Final availability and estimated delivery information will be communicated through the relevant quotation or order confirmation.
9. Enquiries and Quotation Requests
The MENA3D website allows customers to submit enquiries and requests for quotation.
Submitting an enquiry or quotation request does not create a binding sales contract.
After receiving a request, MENA3D may contact the customer to obtain additional information regarding the required product, application, configuration, quantity, project, delivery location, training requirements, installation requirements, or other technical or commercial details.
Any quotation subsequently issued by MENA3D will be subject to the pricing, validity period, specifications, scope, exclusions, delivery terms, and other conditions stated in that quotation.
Where there is any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and specific commercial terms agreed in an official quotation or contract, the specifically agreed commercial terms will apply to that transaction to the extent of the conflict.
10. Quotations and Pricing
Prices and commercial terms may vary according to the product, manufacturer, configuration, quantity, project requirements, services required, delivery requirements, and other relevant commercial factors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, website content does not represent a guaranteed final price.
Official MENA3D quotations may specify:
- Product or service pricing.
- Applicable taxes and charges.
- Quotation validity.
- Product configuration.
- Delivery terms.
- Estimated lead time.
- Installation or commissioning requirements.
- Training requirements.
- Warranty information.
- Project scope.
- Commercial conditions.
- Any exclusions or additional costs.
Customers should review the complete quotation before accepting it.
MENA3D reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, technical, typographical, or administrative errors before an order is finally accepted.
11. Order Acceptance
An order is not considered accepted solely because a customer has submitted an enquiry, quotation request, purchase order, or other request through the website or by email.
An order becomes subject to the applicable commercial agreement once it has been reviewed and accepted by MENA3D in accordance with the agreed quotation and order process.
MENA3D may request clarification or additional information before accepting an order.
We may also decline an order where reasonably necessary due to circumstances including product unavailability, incorrect information, manufacturer restrictions, regulatory requirements, technical incompatibility, delivery limitations, or other legitimate commercial reasons.
12. Shipping and Delivery
MENA3D supplies physical products to customers and may arrange delivery within the United Arab Emirates.
Shipping and delivery arrangements may vary depending on the product, size, weight, manufacturer, availability, destination, configuration, and project requirements.
Estimated delivery dates or lead times are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances outside MENA3D’s reasonable control, including:
- Manufacturer lead times.
- Production delays.
- International transportation.
- Customs procedures.
- Import requirements.
- Courier or freight delays.
- Supply-chain disruption.
- Government restrictions.
- Unforeseen events or force majeure.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, an estimated delivery date should not be considered a guaranteed delivery date.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Specific shipping, delivery, freight, collection, installation, and related conditions may also be stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.
13. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect delivered products within a reasonable period after receipt and notify MENA3D promptly if there is visible shipping damage, an incorrect item, a significant shortage, or another apparent delivery issue.
Where possible, customers should retain the original packaging, delivery documentation, photographs, serial-number information, and other evidence relevant to the reported issue.
MENA3D will review reported delivery issues and coordinate with the manufacturer, logistics provider, or other relevant party where appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available to customers under applicable UAE law.
14. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Products supplied by MENA3D may include specialist professional equipment, configured systems, software, accessories, and products obtained specifically for a customer’s requirements.
Accordingly, the possibility of a return, exchange, cancellation, or refund may depend on the product, manufacturer requirements, product condition, configuration, reason for return, and terms of the relevant quotation or order.
Customers wishing to request a return should contact MENA3D before returning any product.
Products should not be returned to MENA3D without prior authorization.
Where a return is accepted, the customer may be required to return the product with its original accessories, documentation, packaging, and other supplied components, subject to the circumstances of the return.
Products that have been specially ordered, customized, configured, registered, activated, damaged after delivery, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale may be subject to different return conditions where permitted by applicable law.
Any return, refund, repair, replacement, or exchange will be handled in accordance with the applicable commercial agreement, manufacturer requirements, product condition, and applicable UAE law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any right that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Manufacturer Warranty
MENA3D acts as a distributor of products from its technology partners and manufacturers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, products supplied by MENA3D are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, rather than a separate MENA3D product warranty.
The duration, scope, exclusions, claim procedure, geographical coverage, and conditions of warranty may differ between manufacturers and products.
Manufacturer warranties may be subject to requirements regarding:
- Proper installation.
- Correct operation.
- Maintenance.
- Calibration.
- Storage.
- Environmental conditions.
- Authorized servicing.
- Software or firmware requirements.
- Registration.
- Proof of purchase.
Warranty coverage may be affected by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, improper handling, incorrect storage, unauthorized repairs, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or other circumstances excluded under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Where a valid manufacturer warranty claim is submitted through MENA3D, we may assist in coordinating the claim with the relevant manufacturer in accordance with that manufacturer’s applicable procedures.
16. Software and Licenses
Certain MENA3D products and solutions may include software, firmware, subscription services, cloud platforms, digital licenses, or third-party applications.
These products may be governed by additional license terms or end-user agreements issued by the relevant manufacturer or software provider.
By using such software or services, the customer may also be required to accept the applicable manufacturer’s or provider’s terms and conditions.
Software availability, functionality, updates, compatibility, subscription models, cloud services, and licensing conditions may be controlled by the relevant third-party provider.
MENA3D is not responsible for independent changes made by a manufacturer or third-party provider to its software, licensing model, platform, subscription terms, or functionality, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Professional Services
MENA3D may provide professional services including training, installation, technical support, surveying, scanning, measurement, mapping, and related technical services and solutions.
The exact scope of a professional service will normally be defined in the relevant quotation, proposal, statement of work, purchase order, or written agreement.
Customers are responsible for providing information and cooperation reasonably necessary for delivery of the agreed services.
This may include appropriate:
- Site access.
- Safety information.
- Permissions and approvals.
- Project information.
- Technical requirements.
- Access to equipment or facilities.
- Customer representatives.
- Site preparation.
Work requested outside the originally agreed scope may require additional time, resources, and charges.
Any such additional work will be discussed with the customer where appropriate before proceeding.
18. Technical Advice and Application Information
MENA3D may provide technical information or recommendations relating to products, configurations, applications, workflows, or solutions.
Such information may depend on the accuracy and completeness of the requirements provided by the customer.
The customer remains responsible for communicating all critical technical requirements and intended application conditions before purchasing or implementing a solution.
Where a specific performance requirement is essential to a project, it should be confirmed in the relevant quotation, technical proposal, specification, or written agreement.
19. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, the MENA3D website and its original content, layout, design elements, branding, text, graphics, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Certain product images, specifications, trademarks, trade names, videos, brochures, technical information, and other materials may belong to or be licensed by MENA3D’s manufacturers, technology partners, suppliers, or other respective rights holders.
All trademarks, product names, company names, logos, and brands remain the property of their respective owners.
Website users may access and view the content for legitimate informational and business purposes.
Without appropriate authorization, users must not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or falsely claim ownership of protected website materials.
20. Third-Party Products and Manufacturers
MENA3D distributes and works with products, technologies, and solutions developed by third-party manufacturers and partners.
References to manufacturers, trademarks, products, technologies, specifications, and brands are provided for legitimate business and informational purposes.
The respective manufacturers remain responsible for their own intellectual property, product documentation, manufacturer warranties, and manufacturer-controlled technologies.
Product availability and manufacturer relationships may change from time to time.
21. Third-Party Websites and Links
