Overview

The Pivoted Laser Scanning Checkerboard Target is designed to provide flexible target positioning for laser scanning projects. Its dual-axis rotational design allows the target plate to be aligned accurately with the scanner from virtually any direction while keeping the center point of the target unchanged during adjustment.

The target combines a lightweight carbon frame with a torsionally rigid target plate, providing durability and portability for field applications. The included magnetic mount and 5/8-inch adapter offer multiple installation options for different surveying and scanning environments.

Flexible Alignment System

The target plate can be rotated through almost 360 degrees using two rotational axes, enabling precise orientation toward the scanner. The center of the checkerboard target is positioned exactly on both the horizontal and vertical axes of rotation, ensuring the target center remains unchanged when adjustments are made.
