Z+F FlexScan® 22 Mobile Mapping SLAM Platform

Overview

The Z+F FlexScan® 22 is a Mobile Mapping SLAM platform that combines the advantages of static scans with the efficiency of mobile systems. It is designed as a complement for time-sensitive and large-scale applications.

The platform is suitable for:

Universal Mounting

The Z+F FlexScan® 22 can be used with various support systems, including:

• Backpacks
• Tripod carts
• Fixed tripods
• Robots

Its Quick Mount System allows switching between support systems within minutes. Data captured using different support systems can be registered in Z+F LaserControl®.

Camera System

The scanner is equipped with a panoramic camera for color mapping of the mobile scan data.

Project Efficiency

The project-adaptive approach allows the system to be customized according to project requirements, helping save time and resources. Both the scanner and support system can be adapted based on the project’s scope and nature.

Easy Data Collection

• Static and mobile data are synchronized locally on an internal hard drive.
• Data is also stored on a removable medium for backup and processing.

Blue Workflow®

Data is seamlessly integrated into blue workflow® and Z+F LaserControl®, or exported to standard formats for use with third-party software.

Measurement Accuracy

The Z+F FlexScan® 22 benefits from the quality and range of the Z+F IMAGER® 5016 and achieves an accuracy of up to 2.5 mm in the SLAM result.

Each scanned profile contains 10,000 points, providing fine detail in the generated 3D model.

For higher accuracy requirements, the SLAM data can be enhanced by adding control points or survey controls.
